- Prepare Running Account (RA) bills as per work progress.
- Coordinate with site engineers for measurement records.
- Submit bills to client/consultant within timelines.
- Track bill certification and payment status.
- Prepare escalation and variation claims wherever applicable.
1. Subcontractor Billing
- Verify subcontractor measurements and bills.
- Prepare and certify subcontractor payment statements.
- Ensure billing is as per work order terms and approved quantities.
- Maintain reconciliation of subcontractor quantities.
1. Cost Control & Budget Monitoring
- Monitor project cost against approved budget.
- Prepare monthly cost reports and quantity reconciliation.
