We are hiring a Quantity Surveyor & Billing Engineer for our building construction project at Khed Shivapur, Pune. The candidate should have experience in quantity take-offs, BOQ preparation, client and subcontractor billing, RA bills, final bills, rate analysis, material reconciliation, and cost control. Knowledge of RCC, masonry, plastering, finishing works, and MS Excel is essential.
Candidates with 38 years of experience in residential, commercial, or hospital projects are preferred. Solid communication skills and the ability to work independently are required. Immediate or early joiners will be given preference.
