We are seeking an experienced Quantitative Aptitude Trainer to deliver training sessions focused on improving participants' mathematical aptitude, logical problem-solving, and analytical skills. The trainer will prepare candidates for campus placements, competitive examinations, and employment assessments through structured learning and practice sessions.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct training on quantitative aptitude and numerical ability.
- Cover topics such as percentages, profit & loss, ratio & proportion, averages, time & work, time, speed & distance, simple & compound interest, probability, permutation & combination, and data interpretation.
- Teach problem-solving techniques and shortcut methods.
- Conduct aptitude tests, quizzes, and practice sessions.
- Evaluate participant performance and provide constructive feedback.
- Prepare training materials and submit reports as required.
Required Skills
- Robust knowledge of quantitative aptitude and mathematical concepts.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Ability to explain concepts using simple and practical methods.
- Experience in preparing candidates for aptitude-based assessments.
Educational Qualification
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Mathematics, Engineering, Statistics, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Certification in Aptitude Training or Competitive Exam Coaching is preferred.
Experience
- Minimum 2–5 years of experience in aptitude training, competitive exam coaching, placement training, or employability skills training.
