As a Quantitative Analyst, you will help develop data-driven models, statistical algorithms, and analytical solutions that power financial systems, AI-driven platforms, business intelligence, and predictive decision-making. You will leverage your expertise in mathematics, statistics, programming, machine learning, and data analysis to transform complex datasets into actionable insights and optimize business performance.
Your responsibilities may include building quantitative models, analyzing financial and operational data, developing forecasting algorithms, performing statistical analysis, creating predictive models, automating analytical workflows, collaborating with engineering and business teams, and delivering data-driven solutions for enterprise applications. Develop quantitative models for financial analysis, forecasting, and business optimization. Analyze large structured and unstructured datasets to identify trends and opportunities. Build statistical models, predictive analytics, and machine learning solutions.
Develop algorithms for pricing, risk analysis, forecasting, and optimization. Perform exploratory data analysis (EDA) and feature engineering. Design dashboards, reports, and visualizations to communicate analytical findings.
Validate, test, and improve quantitative models for accuracy and performance. Automate data collection, processing, and analytical workflows. Collaborate with software engineers, data scientists, AI engineers, and business stakeholders.
Research current analytical techniques and quantitative methodologies. Maintain documentation for models, datasets, and analytical processes. Continuously learn modern statistical methods, AI technologies,
and financial modeling techniques.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Mathematics, Statistics, Computer Science, Data Science, Economics, Finance, Engineering, Artificial Intelligence, or a related field. Strong analytical, mathematical, and problem-solving skills. Proficiency in Python, R, SQL, or similar analytical programming languages.
Good understanding of probability, statistics, and linear algebra. Familiarity with data analysis, machine learning, and predictive modeling concepts. Understanding of databases, data processing, and data visualization techniques.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Ability to work with complex datasets and derive meaningful insights. Prior internship, academic projects, or quantitative analysis experience is preferred but not mandatory.

Qualifications
Experience with Python libraries such as Pandas, NumPy, SciPy, Scikit-learn, Statsmodels, or TensorFlow. Knowledge of statistical modeling, regression analysis, hypothesis testing, and time series forecasting.
Experience with SQL, PostgreSQL, MySQL, or other database technologies. Familiarity with data visualization tools such as Power BI, Tableau, or Plotly.
Experience working with financial markets, investment analysis, or risk management is a plus. Knowledge of optimization techniques,
stochastic modeling, or Monte Carlo simulations. Familiarity with AI and Machine Learning algorithms.
Experience using Git and collaborative software development workflows. Exposure to cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud Platform. Strong attention to detail and commitment to analytical accuracy. Skills
