Job Summary: We are seeking an experienced Quantity Surveyor with strong expertise in tendering, estimation, vendor management, and cost control for real estate construction projects. The candidate must have significant hands-on experience in Interior fit-out works and Aluminium window works. The role will be responsible for preparing BOQs, floating tenders, evaluating bids, negotiating contracts, and ensuring cost-effective procurement for residential/commercial developments.

Key Responsibilities: (Please mention the top 5) 1. Prepare detailed BOQs (Bill of Quantities) based on drawings and specifications for civil, interior, MEP, and aluminium works.

- Conduct quantity take-offs, floating tenders, RFQs, and manage technical/commercial bid processes.
- Evaluate quotations, prepare comparative statements, negotiate rates, and finalize contractors/vendors.
- Prepare work orders, LOIs, contracts, and coordinate with Projects, Design, Procurement, and Finance teams.
- Monitor project budgets, contractor bills, variation orders, extra items, and ensure cost-effective procurement.

Bachelors





Degree / Diploma in Civil Engineering or Quantity Surveying.
- Minimum 15+ years of experience in Quantity Surveying, Contracts, and Tendering roles in real estate / construction industry.
- Solid expertise in Interior works, Aluminium windows, faade systems, and finishing packages.
- Excellent knowledge of rate analysis, BOQ preparation, estimation, contracts, and vendor management.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, MS Excel, ERP/SAP preferred with strong negotiation and analytical skills.

Desired Work Experience and Qualification: 1. Proven experience in residential, commercial, or mixed-use developments.
- Strong understanding of local market rates, vendors, and contractor management.
- Attention to detail with cost optimization mindset.
- Strong contract administration and commercial acumen.
- Good communication, leadership, and stakeholder coordination skills.
