✔ Minimum 10 Years in Quality Management within Fabrication & Assembly Operations Preferred Industry

Heavy Engineering • Construction Equipment • Material Handling Equipment • Automotive • Fabrication Manufacturing Key Responsibilities

- Lead quality assurance across fabrication and assembly operations.
- Develop and implement robust quality systems, processes, and SOPs.
- Ensure compliance with customer specifications and industry standards.
- Drive root cause analysis and implement effective corrective & preventive actions (CAPA).
- Monitor welding quality,



dimensional inspections, fitment, and final assembly quality.
- Collaborate with Production, Design, and Supply Chain teams to improve product quality.
- Lead internal audits, supplier quality initiatives, and continuous improvement programs.
- Build and mentor a high-performing quality team while fostering a culture of operational excellence. What We're Looking For
- Proven leadership in Fabrication & Assembly Quality.
- Robust knowledge of welding inspection, quality tools, and manufacturing processes.
- Hands-on experience with quality systems, process improvement, and problem-solving methodologies.
- Excellent analytical, communication, and team management skills.
- A proactive mindset focused on delivering zero-defect manufacturing.
