Role Description The Quality Head is a full time, on-site role based in Kotda Sangani, Rajkot. The candidate will be responsible for leading all Quality Control and Quality Assurance activities, ensuring compliance with quality standards, managing OEM customer requirements, handling PPAP documentation, leading audits, and driving continuous improvement across machining operations.



The role involves close coordination with production and engineering teams to maintain product quality and customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

- Minimum 5+ years of experience in Quality Control with 2+ years as a Quality Head in a machining industry.
- Solid knowledge of QC, QA, ISO standards, PPAP, and OEM customer communication.
- Experience in Automotive, EV, Tractor, Hydraulic, or Precision Machining industries.
- Ability to lead quality teams, conduct internal and customer audits, and drive continuous improvement initiatives.
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related engineering discipline.
- Strong analytical, leadership, and communication skills.
