We are seeking a motivated Quality Engineer to join our team in Pune. In this role, your primary focus will be on ensuring the reliability, usability, and performance of our core suite of applications. You will be responsible for defining test strategies, executing manual test cases, and developing automated test scripts using modern testing frameworks.

In this role, you will have the chance to deep-dive into cross-platform system testing and the development of sophisticated automated test frameworks. You will be instrumental in ensuring application reliability and performance across diverse environments, while receiving dedicated mentorship and support to master the nuances of testing legacy systems. Key Responsibilities:

Manual Testing: Conduct thorough manual exploratory and functional testing across mobile, desktop, and web applications to identify defects and ensure a seamless user experience.

Automation Testing: Build, maintain, and scale automated test suites for our Flutter-based applications to increase testing efficiency and coverage.

Legacy Application Testing: Develop a deep understanding of our legacy native applications to establish and maintain robust automated testing processes for long-term stability.

Test Planning & Bug Tracking: Create detailed test plans and cases,



and manage the full defect lifecycle using tracking tools like JIRA to ensure all issues are resolved before release.

Collaboration: Work closely with the engineering manager, software engineers, quality engineers, UI/UX designers, and backend engineers to deliver clean user experiences.

Requirement Analysis: Participate in requirement analysis to ensure testability and clarity of project specifications.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

Experience: 1–3 years of professional experience in Quality Assurance, with a strong emphasis on both manual and automated testing of web, mobile and desktop applications.

Networking: Strong understanding of HTTP protocols, JSON parsing, and experience with API testing tools (e.g., Postman) and network monitoring to validate API responses and network traffic.

Testing Mindset: Experience writing automated unit and integration tests.

Tooling: Familiarity with version control systems (Git) and industry-standard debugging tools and hands-on experience using profiling resources like Flutter DevTools, Xcode, and Android Studio to diagnose performance issues and memory leaks.

Experience with cross-browser and cross-device testing platforms like BrowserStack.

Adaptability: A strong willingness to learn, explore, and establish automated testing protocols for older, legacy codebases (Objective-C, Java, C#/.NET), with provided team support.

Work Authorization & Presence: Must be located in or willing to relocate to Pune and be able to work from our Pune office at least 2 days a week. Nice-to-Have Skills:

Advanced experience with test automation frameworks (e.g., Flutter Driver, Appium, Selenium, XCUITest).

Experience in CI/CD pipeline integration for automated testing.

Familiarity with performance testing metrics and monitoring tools for production stability.

Experience with agentic AI and Model Context Protocol (MCP) to enhance development and testing productivity. Location:
