Record inspection results and maintain quality documentation.
- Identify and report non-conforming products.
- Assist in root cause analysis and corrective actions.
- Ensure compliance with company quality procedures and SOPs.
- Maintain calibration status of measuring instruments.
- Coordinate with Production and Stores departments regarding quality issues.
- Support internal and external quality audits.
- Maintain cleanliness and discipline in the quality laboratory and inspection area.
- Follow all safety and quality management system requirements.
Required Skills • Basic understanding of plastic manufacturing processes.
- Knowledge of measuring instruments such as Vernier Caliper, Micrometer, and Measuring Tape.
- Ability to read engineering drawings and product specifications.
- Good observation and analytical skills.
- Basic computer proficiency in MS Office.
- Valuable communication and teamwork skills.
Preferred Knowledge
Knowledge of quality testing related to plastic products such as:
