About The Role We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Civil Construction Site Engineer to join our esteemed client’s team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing the construction of high-rise residential apartments in Bangalore, specifically projects exceeding G+10 floors. This role requires a proactive individual with a strong technical background, excellent site management skills, and a keen eye for quality and safety standards.

The Site

Engineer will act as a crucial link between the design team, contractors, and on-site workers to ensure that all construction activities are executed in accordance with approved drawings, specifications, and safety protocols.

Qualifications Bachelor of Engineering in Civil Engineering from a recognized university.

5 to 8 years of relevant experience in the construction of residential apartments, particularly G+10 floors or higher, in Bangalore.

Proven experience in managing large-scale residential projects with a focus on quality, safety,



and adherence to timelines.

Strong knowledge of construction standards, codes, and safety regulations.

Excellent communication and leadership skills.

Ability to coordinate effectively with multiple teams and stakeholders.

Proficiency in construction management software and MS Office Suite.

Male candidates preferred, with a proactive approach and problem-solving attitude.

Responsibilities Ensure that all construction work is carried out as per approved design drawings and specifications, maintaining high standards of quality and safety at all times.

Monitor and inspect site activities regularly to ensure compliance with project plans, safety regulations, and quality standards.

Coordinate with the site laboratory team to ensure all in-house tests are performed as per inspection and test plans, developing and implementing work and test procedures for various activities.

Inspect incoming materials to ensure they meet required standards and specifications, maintaining detailed records of material quality and compliance.

Manage documentation related to all site activities, including safety reports, inspection reports, and test reports, ensuring accuracy and timely submission.





Develop and maintain comprehensive quality reports, including daily quality and safety track reports, as well as weekly and monthly management reports.

Collaborate with project managers, contractors, and suppliers to resolve any on-site issues promptly, ensuring project milestones are met without compromising quality or safety.

Implement safety protocols and conduct safety briefings to promote a secure working environment for all personnel on site.

Assist in the preparation of progress reports, site documentation, and project updates for stakeholders and senior management.
