Role Description The Quality Control Manager is a full-time, on-site role based in Hyderabad, responsible for overseeing all quality assurance and quality control activities across production operations. This role includes developing, implementing, and maintaining quality standards, procedures, and inspection plans for precision components.

The Quality Control

Manager monitors production processes, leads inspection and testing of materials and finished products, and ensures compliance with customer specifications, industry standards, and regulatory requirements. The position involves leading and mentoring quality teams, managing nonconformance reports, driving root cause analysis, and implementing corrective and preventive actions to reduce defects and improve yield.



The role also requires close collaboration with engineering, production, and supply chain teams, preparing quality documentation and reports, supporting customer audits, and continuously improving quality systems and performance metrics.

Qualifications Strong background in quality management, including development of quality plans, implementation of quality systems, and use of quality tools (e.g., SPC, FMEA, control plans).

Experience with inspection and testing methods for precision manufacturing, such as dimensional inspection, CMM, non-destructive testing, and interpretation of engineering drawings and GD&T.;

Knowledge of relevant industry standards and certifications (e.g., ISO 9001, AS9100, IATF 16949) and demonstrated ability to ensure regulatory and customer compliance.

Proven leadership and team management capabilities, including training, performance management, and cross-functional collaboration with production and engineering teams.

Robust problem-solving and root cause analysis skills, with experience in continuous improvement methodologies such as Lean, Six Sigma, or Kaizen.

Excellent communication skills for working with internal stakeholders, suppliers, and customers, and for supporting audits and technical reviews.

Bachelor’s degree in mechanical engineering, manufacturing engineering, industrial engineering, or a related field; advanced certifications in quality (e.g., CQE, Six Sigma Green/Black Belt) are an advantage.
