Botsync Pte. Ltd., Asia's leading Robotics & Automation Solutions Provider, is looking for a QC Engineer to join our Customer Success team.

In this role, you'll work at the intersection of robotics, quality control, deployment, and manufacturing, collaborating with teams across Malaysia, Hong Kong, and Shenzhen to ensure our AMRs meet the highest technical and operational standards before deployment. What you'll do:

Perform autonomy software installation and configuration on AMRs.

Integrate and validate key hardware components, including LiDAR, safety PLCs, motor drivers, and sensors.

Configure networking and communication interfaces (ROS-based or similar).

Conduct Factory Acceptance Testing (FAT) and system validation before deployment.

Identify and troubleshoot hardware and software issues during testing, working closely with internal engineering teams and manufacturing partners.

Maintain installation records, test reports, and quality documentation.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure product quality and deployment readiness.

Support engineering improvements, integration testing,



and R&D; initiatives during non-FAT periods.

Contribute to continuous improvement and engineering change requests.

We're looking for

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Robotics, Mechatronics, Electrical/Electronics, Computer Engineering, or a related field.

2–5 years of experience in robotics, AMRs, industrial automation, or related domains.

Strong understanding of robot hardware, including motor controllers, encoders, sensors, and safety systems.

Experience with Linux, ROS, and programming in C++ and/or Python.

Hands-on experience with robot system integration, testing, and debugging.

Familiarity with networking protocols such as CAN, Modbus, or Ethernet/IP is an advantage.

Experience with Factory Acceptance Testing (FAT), commissioning, or in office deployments is preferred. Why Botsync?
