- Raw material sourcing, procurement, analysis and data generation, vendor stabilization
- Data generation to make raw material specifications
- Lab batch processing and Lab batch sheet preparation, recording
- Sampling and storing the material properly
- Finish goods testing and results interpretation
- Data generation to make Finish valuable specifications
- Field trials arrangement along with marketing and participation
- Stability test to arrive the shelf life of the product
- Packing material testing, development of test method & Packing stability of the product




- Standards and norms compliances
- Pilot and plant batch processing, process optimization and Product validation as per product design input and customer requirement
- Sample preparation for field trials
- Log book and test report maintaining date wise and batch wise
- Lab maintenance by proper cleaning and discarding the unwanted materials periodically
- Making and maintaining TDS and MSDS of the products
- Lab safety to audit & monitoring every week
- Stored material to audit for shelf life every month

Decision Making Authority (Decisions Expected)

To set the Lab: proper orientation and proper installation to do, calibration of testing equipment arrangement & SOP, Semi-finish Product manufacturing SOP setting as per given method, achieving and freezing, Experimental results interpretation, Raw material validation by testing as per given specification, process and product validation, Scaling up and making different Lab SOPs. All quality-related method, records maintenance, Q.C. team management, functioning mechanism and work schedule etc.
