Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced and detail-oriented Quality Control Engineer to ensure the quality of LV & MV Electrical Panels, including MCC, PCC, APFC, PLC, DG Synchronisation, and Control & Relay Panels. The candidate will be responsible for stage-wise inspections, final testing, quality documentation, and compliance with approved drawings, customer specifications, and applicable standards.

Key Responsibilities

Perform incoming, in-process, and final quality inspections of electrical panels.

Verify panels as per approved GA Drawings, SLDs, Control Wiring Diagrams, BOMs, and customer specifications.

Conduct testing of LV & MV Panels, MCC, PCC, DG Synchronization Panels, PLC Panels, APFC Panels, and Distribution Panels.

Carry out IR, HV, continuity, functional, interlocking, relay, metering, protection, and DG synchronization tests.

Inspect wiring,



ferruling, cable dressing, busbars, earthing, labelling, and torque tightening.

Ensure compliance with IEC 61439, IS Standards, and customer quality requirements.

Prepare inspection reports, FAT reports, test certificates, and quality records.

Coordinate Factory Acceptance Tests (FAT) with customers and consultants.

Raise NCRs, perform root cause analysis, and implement CAPA.

Coordinate with Design, Production, Purchase, and Project teams.

Maintain calibrated testing instruments and ISO quality documentation.

Support internal/external audits and ensure safety during testing

Preferred Experience

LV/MV switchboards, MCC, PCC, DG Synchronization, PLC and Power Distribution Panels.

Factory Acceptance Testing (FAT).

ISO 9001 Quality Management System.

Relays from ABB, Siemens, Schneider Electric, L&T;

Salary
