Role Description The Quality Auditor – AR role at Scale Healthcare is a full-time, on-site position based in the Mohali district.
The Quality
Auditor will review accounts receivable (AR) processes and transactions to ensure adherence to internal standards, client requirements, and regulatory guidelines.
Responsibilities include auditing AR work items, identifying errors or process gaps, documenting findings, and collaborating with operations and billing teams to drive corrections and improvements. The role involves analyzing trends in AR performance,
preparing quality reports, and contributing to the development and refinement of quality metrics and controls.
The Quality
Auditor will also participate in training and feedback sessions to enhance team performance and support continuous improvement in revenue cycle quality.
Qualifications
Candidates should possess strong Quality Auditing and Quality Assurance skills to evaluate AR processes and ensure compliance with standards.
Candidates should possess Quality Control and Quality Management skills to monitor performance, implement corrective actions, and support continuous improvement.
Candidates should possess solid Analytical Skills to interpret AR data, identify patterns, and recommend practical solutions.
Candidates should have knowledge of healthcare revenue cycle or medical billing, particularly accounts receivable workflows.
Candidates should demonstrate attention to detail, accuracy in documentation, and proficiency with spreadsheets and auditing tools.
Candidates should be able to communicate clearly with cross-functional teams and work effectively in a structured, in office environment.
A relevant bachelor’s degree (e.g., commerce, business, healthcare administration) or equivalent experience in AR or quality roles is preferred.
