Role Overview:

As a QA Lead, you will own end-to-end quality for our products, lead QA efforts, and collaborate closely with engineering, product, and data teams. You'll play a key role in shaping testing strategies across both application and data platforms.

Required Qualifications

- 9+ years of experience in QA / Quality Engineering
- 3+ years of experience in Data Platforms / Data Engineering QA
- Solid experience in test automation (Selenium, Cypress, Playwright, etc.)
- Experience with API testing tools (Postman, RestAssured)
- Solid understanding of Agile/Scrum methodologies
- Hands-on experience with bug tracking tools (JIRA, etc.)
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent leadership and communication abilities

Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience with cloud-native data ecosystems (Azure preferred)
- Exposure to performance testing tools (JMeter, LoadRunner)
- Knowledge of data validation, ETL testing, and data quality frameworks
- Familiarity with CI/CD and DevOps practices
