About the Company Sanghvi Foods Pvt Ltd is one of India s leading manufacturers of premium wheat flour and related products With a strong commitment to food safety quality and innovation we operate state-of-the-art milling facilities serving both domestic and export markets Job Summary We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Quality Assurance Officer to join our QA team at our Dewas plant The ideal candidate will have a background in Food Technology and relevant experience in quality assurance within the food manufacturing industry preferably in wheat flour milling Key Responsibilities Monitor and maintain the Quality Management System QMS in the production facility Conduct routine sampling and quality checks for raw materials in-process products and finished goods Ensure compliance with FSSAI HACCP and ISO 22000 standards Participate in internal and external audits customer inspections and regulatory reviews Document and report deviations lead root cause analysis and implement corrective and preventive actions CAPA Train plant staff on hygiene practices GMPs and food safety protocols Coordinate with production maintenance and lab teams to ensure continuous quality improvement Qualifications Bachelor s degree in Food Technology or related discipline 2 to 5 years of experience in a QA QC role in the food industry experience in a wheat flour plant preferred Knowledge of food safety standards including HACCP FSSAI GMP and ISO 22000 Experience handling audit processes internal regulatory or third-party Strong communication and documentation skills Proficient in MS Office and basic QA documentation systems Preferred Certifications HACCP Certification ISO 22000 Internal Auditor Certification Job Types Full-time Permanent Pay 250 000 00 - 400 000 00 per year Advantages Food provided Leave encashment Provident Fund Ability to commute relocate Dewas Madhya Pradesh Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work Required Experience Quality Assurance 2 years Preferred Work Location In person
