Role Description The Quality Assurance Intern role is a full-time, remote position focused on supporting quality initiatives across Kuubiik’s projects and services. On a day-to-day basis, the intern will assist in creating, reviewing, and updating quality documentation and checklists, and help perform routine quality checks on deliverables and processes. The role involves collaborating with project teams to identify quality issues, track defects, and verify that corrective actions are implemented.

The intern will support internal audits, contribute to continuous improvement efforts, and help ensure compliance with relevant quality standards and procedures. This position offers hands-on experience in a global, quick-paced environment and exposure to best practices in quality assurance and quality management. Qualifications

Foundational knowledge of Quality Assurance and Quality Control, with an interest in applying these concepts to real-world projects.





Understanding of Quality Management principles and exposure to quality frameworks or methodologies.

Awareness of Good Manufacturing Practice (GMP) or similar compliance standards, and willingness to learn industry-specific regulations.

Ability to support Quality Auditing activities, including documentation review, data collection, and reporting of findings.

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail and accuracy in documentation and testing.

Effective written and verbal communication skills in English, and ability to collaborate with remote, multicultural teams.

Comfort with digital tools and productivity software (e.g., spreadsheets, collaboration platforms, issue-tracking tools).

Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Engineering, Quality Management, Business, or a related field is preferred.

Self-motivated, organized, and able to manage tasks independently in a remote work setting.
