Support quality assurance for MENA platform rollout, covering localization, payment integrations, Amazon service integrations, and end-to-end ordering journeys.
Key Responsibilities
- Design and execute test cases for localization (Arabic, RTL, date/time/currency formats).
- Validate MENA payment gateway integrations and checkout flows.
- Develop and maintain automated test suites for web, API, and regression testing.
- Support SIT, UAT, and production validation activities.
- Identify, log, track, and verify defects through resolution.
- Analyze logs and troubleshoot issues with development teams.
- Support post-go-live quality checks and Sev-2 incident validation.
Required Skills
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or equivalent.
- Minimum 2 years of QA experience.
- Experience with test automation tools (Selenium, Playwright, Cypress, etc.).
- Solid understanding of API testing and QA methodologies.
- Ability to understand technical specifications and analyze logs.
- Experience in Agile delivery environments.
