Role Overview
We are looking for a QA Automation Engineer with strong expertise in Java and Selenium to join our growing engineering team. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience designing and implementing automation frameworks while ensuring the delivery of high-quality enterprise applications.
Candidates with prior experience in Order Management Systems (OMS) or the retail and supply chain domain will be highly preferred.
Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain scalable automation frameworks using Java and Selenium
- Develop automated test scripts for UI, API, and end-to-end business workflows
- Execute functional, regression, integration, and system testing
- Collaborate closely with developers, product managers, and business stakeholders to ensure product quality
- Identify,
document, and track software defects through resolution
- Participate in test planning, test design, and test execution activities
- Integrate automation suites into CI/CD pipelines
- Continuously improve automation coverage, test efficiency, and QA best practices
Required Skills & Experience
- 4-9 years of experience in QA Automation Testing
- Solid hands-on experience with Java and Selenium
- Experience automating web applications and REST APIs
- Solid understanding of automation frameworks, testing methodologies, and software quality practices
- Experience with Git and CI/CD tools
- Strong analytical, debugging, and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience working with Order Management Systems (OMS) or retail/e-commerce applications
- Experience in Agile/Scrum development environments
- Exposure to API testing tools and test automation best practices
