QA Automation Engineer – TestIM

Job Summary

We are seeking a QA Automation Engineer with 6-10 years of experience in software testing and 4 years of hands-on expertise in TestIM. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and maintaining automation frameworks, executing automated test suites, integrating automation with CI/CD pipelines, and ensuring high-quality software delivery.

Key Responsibilities

- Design, develop, and maintain automated test scripts using Testim.
- Automate Smoke, Sanity, Regression, API, and End-to-End test scenarios.
- Build reusable automation components and data-driven test scripts.
- Perform UI, API, and database validations.
- Debug automation failures and optimize test execution.
- Integrate automation with Git and CI/CD pipelines.
- Collaborate with Developers,



Business Analysts, and QA teams.
- Review automation scripts and mentor junior team members.
- Support release validation and improve automation coverage.
