Role Overview:

As a Quality Assurance Assistant (IPQA), you will support in-line quality assurance activities during production to ensure compliance with GMP, company SOPs, and regulatory standards. Your role is vital in ensuring product integrity, consistency, and safety throughout the manufacturing process.

Key Responsibilities:

✔Perform in-process checks during manufacturing and packaging activities in real-time.

✔Ensure adherence to cGMP, SOPs, and quality standards on the production floor.

✔Monitor and verify critical process parameters and document observations.

✔Assist in line clearance before the start of production or packaging operations.

✔Report any non-conformities or deviations to the IPQA Executive/Manager immediately.

✔Participate in sampling of in-process and finished products as per protocols.

✔Maintain real-time documentation of in-process checks and QA logs.

✔Assist in audits, CAPA follow-ups, and quality improvement initiatives.





✔Work collaboratively with production and QC teams to uphold quality systems.

Education:

✔Diploma / B.Sc. / B.Pharm / M.Sc. / M.Pharm

Hard Skills:

✔Working knowledge of cGMP guidelines and SOP compliance

✔Basic understanding of quality control tools and documentation

✔Familiarity with cosmetic or pharmaceutical manufacturing practices

✔Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel) and document recording

Soft Skills:

✔Attention to detail and a high sense of responsibility

✔Strong communication and coordination skills

✔Ability to work in a quick-paced, regulated environment

✔Commitment to continuous improvement and teamwork

Preferred Experience:

✔1–2 years of experience in an IPQA/QA role within a cosmetic, personal care, or pharmaceutical manufacturing environment
