Role Description The QMS Executive role is a full-time, in office position based in Bengaluru. The QMS Executive will support the implementation, monitoring, and continual improvement of the Quality Management System across manufacturing operations. Day-to-day responsibilities include documenting and updating QMS procedures, assisting with internal audits, coordinating corrective and preventive actions, and ensuring compliance with relevant standards and customer requirements.

The role also involves collaborating with production, quality, and compliance teams to analyze process data, identify gaps, and support training on QMS practices.



The QMS Executive will contribute to maintaining consistent product quality and supporting sustainability and ethical manufacturing goals.

Qualifications Strong understanding of Quality Management Systems, including documentation control, process standardization, and continuous improvement practices.

Experience with internal audits, root cause analysis, and corrective and preventive action (CAPA) processes.

Ability to collect, analyze, and interpret quality and process data to support decision-making.

Knowledge of quality and compliance standards relevant to apparel and textile manufacturing is preferred.

Effective communication and collaboration skills to work with cross-functional teams on the shop floor and in offices.

Attention to detail, problem-solving mindset, and ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Engineering, Quality, Textile Technology, or a related field is desirable.

Prior experience in quality or QMS roles within manufacturing, especially apparel or textiles, will be an advantage.
