Experience : 5-10 years

Department : DS Manufacturing (QMS)

Qualification : MSC/B Tech/B.E. (Biotech or Microbiology)

Responsibilities:

- Operate DS manufacturing common area Equipment such as Process Autoclave, Decontamination Autoclave, C-LAF, Hot air Oven, Garments Washer, Garment Dryer and other DS manufacturing common equipment
- Support Buffer & Media preparation and material handling for DS processes.
- Ensure appropriate storage conditions (temperature, humidity, cleanliness) to maintain the quality of stored materials.
- Perform regular checks to verify that material storage areas adhere to safety, regulatory, and quality standards
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Engineering, Quality Control (QC), and Quality Assurance (QA), to support manufactuing




- Draft and update Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), and other GMP documents, supporting compliance and accuracy.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Engineering, Quality Control (QC), and Quality Assurance (QA), to support manufacturing process.
- Handling and investigate of QMS elements like Change control, Deviation,CAPA, OOS, OOT for DS manufacturing.
- Report any deviations, abnormal observations, or equipment malfunctions to the supervisor immediately.
