Company: Sangreen Future Renewables Private Limited Key Responsibilities:

Implement and monitor QA/QC procedures for mechanical works across wind project sites

Inspect and verify WTG erection, tower installation, nacelle assembly, hub installation, and related mechanical activities

Ensure compliance with project specifications, approved drawings, OEM requirements, and industry standards

Conduct incoming material inspections and maintain quality records

Review Method Statements, Inspection Test Plans (ITPs), and quality documentation

Coordinate inspections with clients, consultants, OEM representatives, and third-party agencies

Identify non-conformities (NCRs), perform root cause analysis, and drive corrective and preventive actions

Monitor site quality performance and ensure timely closure of quality observations and punch points

Support pre-commissioning, commissioning, and project handover activities

Promote a robust quality culture while adhering to HSE requirements Qualifications:

Bachelor's Degree / Diploma in Mechanical Engineering

Certification in Quality Management,



NDT, or Welding Inspection will be an added advantage Experience:

5-12 years of QA/QC experience in EPC, Power, Infrastructure, or Renewable Energy projects

Minimum 3 years of experience in Wind Energy projects preferred

Exposure to WTG erection, mechanical installation, and commissioning activities Technical Skills:

Mechanical Quality Inspection & Testing

Wind Turbine Generator (WTG) Erection Quality Control

Inspection Test Plans (ITP) & Quality Documentation

NCR Management & Root Cause Analysis

Knowledge of International Standards and OEM Requirements

NDT, Bolting & Torque-Tensioning Inspection
