We are seeking a skilled QA Engineer to join our team in India. The ideal candidate will have 3-8 years of experience in software quality assurance and will be responsible for ensuring the quality and performance of our software products through rigorous testing and collaboration with development teams.
Responsibilities
- Designing and implementing test plans and test cases.
- Executing manual and automated tests to ensure product quality.
- Identifying, documenting, and tracking defects in software applications.
- Collaborating with development teams to improve product quality and resolve issues.
- Participating in requirement reviews and providing feedback on testability.
- Performing regression testing and ensuring existing functionality is not broken by recent changes.
Skills and Qualifications
- 3-8 years of experience in software quality assurance or testing.
- Proficient in test automation tools such as Selenium, JUnit, or TestNG.
- Strong understanding of software development life cycle (SDLC) and testing methodologies.
- Experience with performance testing tools like JMeter or LoadRunner.
- Familiarity with version control systems such as Git.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
