Job Overview

We are looking for an experienced QA Engineer with hands-on LOANIQ experience to join our team. The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in software testing, Agile methodology, SDLC, and defect management. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure the quality and reliability of LOANIQ-based applications.

Key Responsibilities

- Perform functional, integration, regression, and system testing for LOANIQ applications.

- Prepare and execute test cases, test scenarios, and test plans.

- Identify, document, track, and verify software defects using defect management tools.

- Participate actively in Agile ceremonies such as Sprint Planning, Daily Stand-ups, Sprint Reviews, and Retrospectives.

- Collaborate with Business Analysts, Developers, and Product Owners to understand business requirements.

- Validate application functionality and ensure high-quality software releases.





- Support UAT and production validation activities when required.

Required Skills

- Minimum 4 years of QA/Software Testing experience.

- Hands-on experience testing LOANIQ applications.

- Strong understanding of Agile methodology and Agile testing concepts.

- Valuable knowledge of Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) and Software Testing Life Cycle (STLC).

- Experience with Defect Management tools (JIRA, ALM, Azure DevOps, etc.).

- Good understanding of functional and regression testing.

- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Preferred Skills

- Experience in Banking or Financial Services domain.

- Knowledge of Loan Management or Lending applications.

- Exposure to API or Database testing is an added advantage.
