Job Title QA Engineer Experience 5 Years Location Pune Hybrid Notice Period Immediate Joiners Only Job Summary We are looking for an experienced QA Engineer with 5-8 years of hands-on experience in testing backend services microservices and AI ML-driven applications The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in test planning automation and quality assurance processes along with a solid understanding of product-oriented testing Experience with LLMs or Whiz AI will be an added advantage This role requires working in a 2 PM - 11 PM IST shift in a hybrid mode Key Responsibilities Design develop and execute comprehensive test plans test cases and test strategies for backend systems and microservices Perform functional regression integration API and performance testing for distributed systems Work closely with development product and data science teams to validate AI ML-driven features and system behaviors Identify defects analyze root causes and drive quality improvements across the product lifecycle Develop and maintain test automation scripts using relevant tools and frameworks e g Python Java Selenium Postman pytest REST Assured Validate REST APIs event-driven architectures and cloud-based microservices Ensure test environments datasets and scenarios cover real-world usage and edge cases Participate in product reviews sprint ceremonies and QA strategy discussions Maintain detailed documentation and ensure traceability across test cycles Provide timely status reporting defect metrics and risk assessments Required Skills Experience 5-8 years of experience in software testing with strong focus on backend systems and microservices Hands-on experience with API testing automation frameworks and performance validation Proficiency in scripting languages such as Python or Java Strong understanding of microservices architecture cloud-based systems and distributed platforms Familiarity with DevOps pipelines and CI CD tools Jenkins GitHub Actions Azure DevOps etc Good knowledge of databases SQL NoSQL for test validation Experience with tools like Postman JMeter Swagger or equivalent Strong problem-solving analytical thinking and attention to detail Excellent communication skills and a product-focused mindset Good to Have Not Mandatory Experience with LLMs Large Language Models or platforms like Whiz AI Exposure to testing AI ML model outputs pipelines and data-driven workflows Understanding of cloud platforms AWS Azure or GCP Experience with containerized environments Docker Kubernetes
