About the Opportunity A quick-scaling tech firm in the Enterprise Software & Digital Transformation space, we build and test mission-critical applications for global clients across fintech, healthcare, and logistics. Our QA Automation Lead drives quality at scale—orchestrating end-to-end test strategies, leading automation frameworks, and embedding quality-first culture into agile delivery pipelines.

Role & Responsibilities

- Design, implement, and maintain scalable, reusable test automation frameworks using Selenium, Cypress, or Playwright for web and API testing.
- Lead a team of QA automation engineers—set KPIs, review test scripts, and foster continuous improvement in test coverage and execution efficiency.
- Integrate automated tests into CI/CD pipelines (Jenkins, GitLab CI, GitHub Actions) to enable shift-left testing and rapid feedback loops.




- Collaborate with Dev and Product teams to define testable acceptance criteria, automate regression suites, and reduce production defects by 40%+.
- Benchmarks testing maturity: introduce metrics (pass/fail rate, flakiness %, defect escape rate) to measure QA velocity and ROI.
- Champion best practices—code reviews, page object model, data-driven testing, parallel execution—and mentor junior engineers.
