Job Summary

- Develop and implement advanced testing strategies and frameworks.
- Lead and mentor QA teams to ensure high-quality deliverables.
- Understand requirements and ensure comprehensive testing coverage for functional and non-functional requirements.
- Establish performance, scalability, and reliability testing processes.
- Provide actionable insights for continuous improvement.
- Evaluate and integrate recent testing tools and technologies.
- Work closely with software development teams, product owners, and business stakeholders to define testing criteria for all requirements.
- Conduct code reviews and maintain test automation code quality.
- Define test metrics and track them to ensure testing effectiveness.
- Stay updated with latest trends in technology and AI. Create plans to evaluate relevant topics, train the team and adapt those.

What You Bring

- Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.




- 10+ years of experience in software testing and quality assurance.
- Proven track record of designing and implementing test frameworks and automation solutions.
- Strong understanding of software development and QA methodologies.
- Experience with performance and scalability testing.
- Excellent leadership and mentoring skills.
- Hands-on experience in implementing manual and automation test strategies.
- Proficiency in test automation tools such as Selenium, JUnit, and TestNG.
- Strong programming skills in Python and Java.
- Experience with Continuous Integration/Continuous Deployment (CI/CD) processes.
- Expertise in performance testing and quality assurance.
- Good understanding of Agile/Scrum methodologies.
