Role Overview

We are looking for skilled Python Automation Testing professionals with strong hands-on experience in Robot Framework for enterprise test automation initiatives. The ideal candidate should possess expertise in designing scalable automation frameworks, API automation, test execution, and CI/CD integration while ensuring high-quality software delivery.

Eligibility Criteria

6-13 years of overall IT experience

Strong hands-on experience in Python Automation Testing

Robot Framework expertise is mandatory

API Automation experience preferred

Any Notice Period can apply

Willingness to attend the Face-to-Face Interview Drive in Bangalore on 1 Aug (Saturday)

Mandatory Skills

- Strong experience in Python Automation Testing
- Hands-on expertise in Robot Framework
- Experience in developing and maintaining automation frameworks from scratch
- Strong understanding of API Testing using Postman, Requests Library, or similar tools
- Experience with SeleniumLibrary and Web Automation using Robot Framework
- Good knowledge of Test Automation Design Patterns and Framework Architecture
- Experience with Git, Jenkins, and CI/CD implementation
- Solid debugging and troubleshooting skills

Key Responsibilities





- Design, develop, and maintain robust test automation frameworks using Python and Robot Framework.
- Automate web applications, APIs, and end-to-end business workflows.
- Develop reusable automation libraries, keywords, and utilities.
- Execute functional, regression, integration, and system testing.
- Integrate automation suites with CI/CD pipelines for continuous testing.
- Analyze test execution results and provide actionable defect reports.
- Collaborate with developers, architects, and business stakeholders to improve product quality.
- Drive automation best practices and enhance test coverage across applications.

Preferred Qualifications

- Experience with SeleniumLibrary, RequestsLibrary, DatabaseLibrary, or AppiumLibrary.
- Exposure to cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or GCP.
- Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.
- Knowledge of BDD frameworks and test management tools.
- Strong understanding of SDLC, STLC, and DevOps practices.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
