Role Overview :

We are seeking a seasoned Python FullStack Developer to join our high-impact engineering team in Gurugram. In this role, you will be responsible for architecting and building scalable web applications that bridge the gap between complex backend logic and intuitive frontend interfaces.

You will collaborate closely with product managers, data scientists, and cross-functional engineering teams to integrate cutting-edge Large Language Model (LLM) capabilities into our core product suite. Key Responsibilities :

- Design and implement robust backend services using Python to ensure high performance and seamless data processing for our enterprise applications.
- Develop responsive and interactive user interfaces using React.js to provide a superior experience for our end users.
- Integrate LLM-based features into existing workflows to automate complex tasks and enhance the intelligence of our product offerings.
- Optimize application architecture to improve system latency and scalability, directly supporting the growth of our business operations.




- Collaborate with stakeholders to translate business requirements into technical specifications, ensuring alignment between development efforts and strategic goals.
- Mentor junior developers and participate in code reviews to maintain high engineering standards and foster a culture of technical excellence.

Required Skillset :

- Demonstrated expertise in building full-stack applications using Python and React.js, with a deep understanding of modern web frameworks and state management.
- Proven ability to work with LLM APIs and frameworks to build AI-driven features that solve real-world business problems.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to articulate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders and cross-functional team members.
- A minimum of 6 to 8 years of professional software development experience, showcasing a track record of delivering high-quality, production-ready code.
- Exceptional problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach to learning new technologies in a quick-paced, hybrid work environment in Gurugram.
- A degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field from a premier institute is preferred, reflecting a strong foundation in algorithmic thinking and system design.
