Role Overview :

We are seeking a highly skilled Python Full Stack Developer to join our engineering team in Pune. In this role, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and deploying scalable web applications that serve as the backbone of our digital ecosystem.

You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including product managers, UI/UX designers, and DevOps engineers, to translate complex business requirements into high-performance technical solutions. By leveraging a contemporary tech stack, you will directly influence the user experience and drive business growth through the delivery of robust, secure, and efficient software products that meet the evolving needs of our global clientele.

Key Responsibilities :

- Architect and build end-to-end web applications using Python frameworks like Django and FastAPI to ensure high availability and performance for our end users.
- Develop responsive and intuitive user interfaces using ReactJS and TypeScript to enhance customer engagement and streamline user workflows.
- Design and maintain complex database schemas using PostgreSQL to ensure data integrity and optimized query performance for business-critical applications.
- Implement and manage microservices architecture to improve system modularity, scalability,



and ease of deployment across our infrastructure.
- Orchestrate containerization strategies using Docker and manage CI/CD pipelines on Azure to accelerate release cycles and maintain high code quality standards.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to troubleshoot production issues and implement iterative improvements that directly impact system reliability and user satisfaction.

Required Skillset :

- Demonstrated expertise in full-stack development with a strong command of Python, Django, FastAPI, ReactJS, and TypeScript for building enterprise-grade applications.
- Proven ability to design scalable microservices and manage cloud-native deployments within the Azure ecosystem.
- Strong proficiency in database management with PostgreSQL, focusing on performance tuning and efficient data modeling.
- Exceptional problem-solving skills and the ability to communicate technical concepts clearly to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- A collaborative mindset with the ability to thrive in a hybrid work environment, demonstrating self-motivation and a commitment to continuous learning.
- A Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, complemented by 4 to 6 years of hands-on experience in software development.
