- Build and maintain a unified observability platform covering logs, metrics, and tracing.
- Implement monitoring solutions using ELK Stack, Grafana, Prometheus, and APM tools (Current Relic / ThousandEyes).
- Develop end-to-end observability across multi-cloud systems (edge → backend → UI).
- Create real-time dashboards, alerts, and synthetic monitoring checks.
- Define SLIs, SLOs, and error budgets aligned with business KPIs.
- Enable faster incident triage and root cause analysis (RCA).
- Integrate observability solutions with SIEM tools (e.g., Microsoft Sentinel).
Your Profile
- 8–12 years of experience in SRE / Observability / DevOps roles.
- Hands-on experience with:
- ELK Stack (Elasticsearch, Logstash, Kibana)
- Grafana, Prometheus
- APM tools (New Relic, ThousandEyes, or similar)
- Strong understanding of distributed tracing, logging, and monitoring frameworks.
- Proficiency in Python for automation and tooling.
- Experience with cloud platforms and microservices architecture.
