We care about ability, not resumes. Past job titles, degrees, and years of experience do not matter. What matters is whether you can solve difficult technical problems, debug properly, and work independently.

You should be comfortable with:

Python, pip, uv

Bash, zsh, sh

Cursor, Claude Code, Codex, or similar AI coding tools

Work may include debugging codebases, improving tests, creating coding challenges, reviewing AI-generated solutions, and building technical tasks used to evaluate frontier AI models. Compensation
