Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Python Automation Engineer role based in Bengaluru.

The Python Automation

Engineer will design, develop, and maintain automation frameworks and scripts to support testing, deployment, and operational workflows for Radware’s security and application delivery solutions.

Responsibilities include writing clean, reusable Python code, integrating automated tests into CI/CD pipelines, and collaborating with QA, DevOps, and product teams to improve reliability and efficiency. The role involves debugging automation issues, optimizing performance, and documenting tools and processes for internal stakeholders.

Experience with Robot Framework, Docker,



and Kubernetes is positive to have and will be used to enhance containerized test environments and orchestration workflows.

Qualifications

Candidates should have 3+ Years of experience with python coding. Candidates should possess strong Automation skills, including Python scripting and experience with building test or process automation frameworks; familiarity with Robot Framework is a plus.

Candidates should possess Troubleshooting skills for diagnosing automation failures, infrastructure issues, and integration problems across complex distributed systems.

Candidates should possess Process Control and Robotics-related skills for designing and managing automated workflows, pipelines, and repeatable test scenarios.

Candidates should possess Electrical Engineering fundamentals or relevant technical background that supports understanding of system-level behavior and hardware–software interactions, where applicable.

Hands-on experience with Docker and Kubernetes, especially in setting up and managing containerized test environments, is highly beneficial.

Experience with CI/CD tools (e.g., Jenkins, GitLab CI), version control (Git), and Linux-based environments is preferred.

Robust analytical and problem-solving abilities, with transparent written and verbal communication skills and the ability to collaborate in cross-functional teams.

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field, or equivalent practical experience.
