Role Summary

We are seeking an experienced Python AI Developer to design, develop, and deploy scalable AI/ML solutions for enterprise applications. The ideal candidate will have robust expertise in Python, Machine Learning, Deep Learning, and Generative AI technologies, with hands-on experience building production-ready AI applications using Large Language Models (LLMs), Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG), and modern AI frameworks.

The candidate should be capable of developing high-performance AI solutions while collaborating with cross-functional teams to solve complex business problems.

Key Responsibilities

AI/ML Model Development

- Design, develop, train, and optimize Machine Learning and Deep Learning models.
- Build solutions using supervised, unsupervised, and reinforcement learning techniques.
- Deploy AI/ML models into production using scalable APIs and microservices.
- Optimize model performance for scalability, latency, and cost efficiency.

Generative AI Development

- Develop AI applications using Large Language Models (LLMs) such as OpenAI and open-source models.
- Design and implement Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) pipelines.
- Build AI Agents and workflow automation solutions.
- Fine-tune foundation models and implement prompt engineering techniques.
- Integrate vector databases and embedding models into AI applications.

Data Engineering & Processing

- Collect, clean, preprocess, and transform structured and unstructured datasets.
- Develop feature engineering pipelines.




- Process large-scale datasets using distributed computing frameworks where applicable.

MLOps & Model Lifecycle

- Build CI/CD pipelines for ML model deployment.
- Monitor model performance, drift, and retraining requirements.
- Maintain model versioning, experiment tracking, and governance practices.
- Ensure production-grade reliability, security, and compliance.

Collaboration

- Work closely with Product Managers, Engineering teams, and Business stakeholders.
- Translate business requirements into scalable AI solutions.
- Present technical findings, model performance, and solution recommendations.

Required Skills

Programming

- Strong proficiency in Python (minimum 4 years).
- Experience with REST API development using FastAPI or Flask .

AI & Machine Learning
- Strong knowledge of Machine Learning algorithms and statistical modeling.
- Hands-on experience with TensorFlow and/or PyTorch .
- Experience in NLP, Computer Vision, or Time-Series forecasting.

Generative AI

- Experience working with Large Language Models (LLMs) .
- Strong understanding of Prompt Engineering .
- Hands-on experience building RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation) solutions.
- Experience with LangChain , LlamaIndex , or LangGraph .
- Knowledge of embeddings and vector databases such as FAISS , Pinecone , or similar.
