Role Overview:

As a Python Architect based in Bangalore, you will serve as the technical cornerstone for our high-scale engineering initiatives, driving the design and evolution of robust, distributed systems. You will work closely with cross-functional product teams, engineering leadership, and key stakeholders to translate complex business requirements into scalable, high-performance software architectures. By setting the technical direction and mentoring senior engineering talent, you will directly influence our product roadmap, ensuring that our platforms remain resilient, secure, and capable of delivering seamless experiences to millions of global users.

Key Responsibilities:

- Architect and oversee the development of complex backend systems using Python, ensuring high availability and performance for our enterprise-grade applications.
- Design and implement high-performance RESTful Webservices and microservices using FastAPI and Flask to support rapid feature deployment and system scalability.
- Optimize core application logic and data processing workflows by applying advanced algorithms to improve system efficiency and reduce latency for end-users.
- Establish and enforce engineering best practices, including code reviews and CI/CD pipeline automation, to maintain high code quality and accelerate release cycles across the organization.




- Collaborate with product managers and stakeholders to align technical architecture with long-term business goals, ensuring the technology stack supports future growth and innovation.

Required Skillset:

- Demonstrated mastery in architecting large-scale Python applications, with deep expertise in framework ecosystems such as Django, FastAPI, and Flask.
- Proven ability to design and optimize complex algorithms to solve high-concurrency challenges and improve overall system throughput.
- Extensive experience in building and maintaining automated CI/CD pipelines, ensuring seamless integration and deployment in cloud-native environments.
- Strong proficiency in designing secure, scalable RESTful Webservices that integrate effectively with distributed databases and third-party systems.
- Exceptional communication and leadership skills, with a track record of mentoring high-performing engineering teams and driving technical consensus across departments.
- A Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science or a related field from a premier institute is preferred.
