- SAP related working in PP and MM module.
- Safety standard awareness and in-hand experience.
- IMS and EnMS working experience.
- Manpower management for daily working.
- Flow measurement awareness.
- Confidence to solve plant operational issues.
- Presentation and data compilation of Pyro section.
- Team building and explicit communication skill.
- Clarity on raw mix and AFR usages.
- Awareness on new technology.
