Roles and Responsibilities :

- Develop and manage proposals from concept to submission, ensuring timely delivery of high-quality documents.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements, develop compelling content, and review proposal submissions.

- Conduct research on client needs and industry trends to inform proposal development and stay ahead of competitors.

- Ensure accurate budgeting, scheduling, and resource allocation for proposal projects.

Job Requirements :

- 11-15 years of experience in bid submission, proposal development, or a related field.

- Proven track record in managing complex proposal processes from start to finish.

- Strong understanding of IT services & consulting industry trends and market dynamics.

- Excellent written communication skills with the ability to craft transparent, concise proposals.
