About the Role

Badami Restaurant is looking for an experienced Purchase Manager to manage the complete procurement function. The candidate will be responsible for sourcing quality products at competitive prices, maintaining inventory, building robust supplier relationships, and ensuring uninterrupted supply for restaurant operations. Package -30k to 40 k Location: Greater Noida Key Responsibilities

Develop and implement procurement strategies to reduce costs while maintaining quality.

Source, evaluate, and onboard reliable suppliers and vendors.

Negotiate pricing, payment terms, and contracts with suppliers.

Procure raw materials, food ingredients, packaging materials, kitchen equipment, and other operational supplies.

Ensure timely availability of all materials required for daily restaurant operations.

Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with Store and Kitchen teams to prevent stock shortages and overstocking.

Track market prices and identify opportunities for cost savings.

Ensure all purchased materials meet food safety, hygiene, and quality standards.

Coordinate with Finance for purchase orders, invoice verification, and vendor payments.

Develop alternative suppliers to avoid supply chain disruptions.

Prepare daily,



weekly, and monthly procurement and inventory reports.

Maintain accurate procurement records and documentation.

Ensure compliance with company procurement policies and procedures.

Candidate

Profile

5–10 years of experience in Restaurant, Hospitality, Food Manufacturing, FMCG, Retail, or Supply Chain.

Graduate or MBA in Supply Chain, Operations, or a related field.

Strong knowledge of procurement, vendor management, inventory control, and supply chain operations.

Hands-on experience with ERP/Tally and Microsoft Excel.

Excellent negotiation, analytical, and communication skills.

Ability to work independently and manage multiple suppliers.

Immediate joiners will be preferred.
