? We’re Hiring: Purchase Manager @NOT FAR

We’re growing, and we’re looking for someone who loves keeping things organised, stocked, and running like clockwork.

If you know your way around procurement, inventory, food cost, and never let the kitchen hear the words “we’re out of stock,” we should talk.

What you’ll be doing

? Raising Purchase Orders (POs) & managing GRNs

? Keeping inventory accurate and up to date

? Stock counting, reconciliation & inventory audits

? Monitoring food cost and reducing wastage

? Making sure we have zero out-of-stock situations

? Working closely with vendors, production & operations teams to keep everything flowing smoothly

You’d be a great fit if you:

✔ Have 5+ years of experience in the Food & Beverage, Bakery, Café or QSR industry





✔ Have hands-on experience with procurement and inventory management

✔ Are comfortable using ERP/inventory software

✔ Love spreadsheets almost as much as good food

✔ Are proactive, detail-obsessed, and enjoy solving problems before they happen

?Location: Bandra, Mumbai

?Salary: ₹35,000–₹50,000/month (depending on experience)
