Urgent Hiring – Purchase Executive

Position: Purchase Executive

Salary: ₹20,000 – ₹30,000/Month

Location: Kasna, Site 5, Greater Noida

Industry: Manufacturing

Experience: 2–4 Years

Job Responsibilities

- Manage procurement of raw materials, consumables, and other production-related items.
- Identify and negotiate with vendors for the best prices and quality.
- Prepare Purchase Orders (PO) and ensure timely delivery of materials.
- Maintain vendor relationships and evaluate supplier performance.
- Coordinate with production, stores, and accounts departments for purchase planning.
- Track inventory levels and ensure uninterrupted material availability.
- Compare quotations and prepare cost analysis reports.
- Maintain purchase records, invoices, and documentation.
- Follow up with suppliers regarding deliveries, payments, and quality issues.

Required Skills:
- Experience in manufacturing industry purchase.
- Good negotiation and vendor management skills.
- Knowledge of Purchase Orders (PO), GRN,



and procurement processes.
- Proficiency in MS Excel and ERP/Tally (preferred).
- Strong communication and coordination skills.
- Ability to work under deadlines and manage multiple vendors.

Qualification: Graduate (B.Com/BBA/Any Graduate preferred) Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
