Purchase Executive

Location: Kabir Nagar, Raipur

Salary: ₹15,000 per month

Working Hours: 10:00 AM – 7:00 PM

Job Summary

We are looking for a detail-oriented Purchase Executive to support procurement activities, maintain purchase records, coordinate with vendors, and assist with billing and accounting functions. The ideal candidate should have working knowledge of Tally, MS Excel, and purchase documentation.

Key Responsibilities

- Prepare and process purchase orders as per business requirements.
- Coordinate with vendors for quotations, order confirmation, and timely delivery.
- Maintain purchase records, invoices, and related documentation.
- Verify purchase and sales bills before processing.
- Record purchase transactions and accounting entries in Tally.
- Coordinate with internal departments for material requirements and order status.
- Maintain vendor details and assist in vendor communication.
- Ensure accurate documentation and filing of purchase records.
- Support billing and basic accounting activities.




- Prepare purchase-related reports using MS Excel.

Required Skills
- Knowledge of Tally ERP.
- Basic understanding of accounting, billing, and purchase processes.
- Experience in handling purchase and sales invoices.
- Good working knowledge of MS Excel and Microsoft Office.
- Basic computer proficiency.
- Good communication and organizational skills.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and maintain accurate records.

Preferred Candidate Profile
- 1–2 years of experience in Purchase, Procurement, or Accounts.
- Responsible, proactive, and eager to learn.
- Strong coordination and follow-up skills.

Education: Graduate in Commerce or any relevant discipline preferred. Work Location: Kabir Nagar, Raipur
