Job Summary

We are looking for a Korean Interpreter / Translator to support the Purchase Department in communication between Korean management, Indian purchase team, vendors, and internal departments. The role requires strong Korean and English communication skills with the ability to support procurement discussions, vendor communication, document translation, and meeting coordination.

Key Responsibilities

- Provide Korean to English and English to Korean interpretation for purchase-related meetings and discussions.
- Support Korean management and Purchase team in vendor communication and internal coordination.
- Translate purchase documents, emails, quotations, specifications, comparison sheets, reports, and business communication.
- Assist in communication with Korean suppliers, Indian vendors, internal departments, and project teams.
- Support meetings related to procurement, pricing, delivery status, vendor development, and material requirements.




- Prepare translated meeting notes, action points, and follow-up communication.
- Help ensure clear understanding of technical, commercial, and delivery-related purchase requirements.
- Maintain confidentiality of pricing, vendor, project, and company information.
- Support coordination between Purchase, R&D;, Production, Quality, Stores, Finance, and Korean management.

Qualification Bachelor’s degree in any discipline. Korean language certification such as TOPIK or equivalent will be preferred.
