Key Responsibilities

- Source and procure raw materials, chemicals, and packaging materials as per production requirements.

- Identify, evaluate, and develop current suppliers to ensure a reliable supply chain.

- Negotiate prices, payment terms, delivery schedules, and contracts with vendors.

- Prepare and issue Purchase Orders (POs) and ensure timely follow-up with suppliers.

- Coordinate with Production, Stores, Quality, and Finance departments for procurement planning.

- Monitor inventory levels and initiate purchases to avoid stock shortages.

- Ensure timely delivery of materials while maintaining cost efficiency.

- Verify supplier invoices, delivery challans, and purchase documentation.





- Maintain accurate procurement records and vendor databases in ERP/SAP.

- Track market trends, raw material prices, and supplier performance.

- Ensure compliance with company procurement policies and statutory requirements.

- Resolve supplier-related issues regarding quality, quantity, or delivery delays.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
