About the Role: Headfox Innovations is looking for a smart, proactive, and detail-oriented Procurement Executive/Manager to manage the procurement of raw materials and components required for manufacturing operations. The ideal candidate should have experience in sourcing, vendor development, price negotiations, purchase order management, and ensuring the timely availability of materials for production. Candidates with experience in the Automobile, Auto Components, Electronics, Engineering, or Manufacturing industries will be preferred.

Key Responsibilities

- • Source and procure raw materials, components, and other production-related materials.
- Identify, evaluate, develop, and onboard new vendors and suppliers.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing vendors.
- Obtain quotations from multiple suppliers, compare commercial offers, and negotiate the best pricing and terms.
- Create and manage Purchase Orders (POs) and ensure timely order processing.
- Coordinate with internal teams to understand material requirements and procurement priorities.
- Follow up with suppliers to ensure timely delivery of materials.
- Resolve vendor-related issues related to pricing, quality, delivery, or supply.
- Maintain procurement records, vendor databases, quotations, and purchase documentation.
- Conduct market research to identify new suppliers and cost-saving opportunities.
- Ensure uninterrupted availability of raw materials for smooth production operations.

Required Qualifications • Bachelor’s degree in commerce, Business Administration, Supply Chain, Engineering, or a related field.

- Minimum 1 year of experience in Procurement, Purchasing, or Supply Chain.
- Experience in Automobile, Auto Components, Electronics, Plastic, Engineering, or Manufacturing industries is mandatory.




- Prior experience in raw material purchasing is required.
