Role Overview: We are looking for a sharp, results-driven Purchase Executive for our office. The candidate must have hands-on experience in the industrial valve market , excellent vendor negotiation skills, and a strong grip on PO management and finance coordination.

Key Responsibilities Vendor Sourcing & Onboarding: Identify, evaluate, and onboard new valve suppliers, manufacturers, and stockists. Negotiation & Pricing: Negotiate competitive pricing, credit terms, and delivery schedules to optimize costs. PO Management & Tracking: Issue Purchase Orders accurately and track delivery timelines from order placement to site arrival.

Finance Coordination: Sync closely with the finance team for payment approvals, advance processing, invoice verification, and credit term management.

Market Knowledge: Leverage technical familiarity with valve types, pressure classes, and material grades (API/ANSI/BS standards) to source the right hardware.

Requirements Experience: 2–5 years in procurement Software Skills: Hands-on experience with MS Excel.

Core Competencies: High-impact negotiation, relentless follow-up capability, and robust commercial sense.
