Position: Associate Manager, Procurement (Group AMC, Project, Pre-opening, R&M;, Capex)

Role Purpose The job is to ensure assisting Snr Manager, Purchase in procurement of products and services in line with the company policies, standards and goals. Assist in negotiations and finalization of product, services, commercials and thru. reporting periodically on various matters as required by AVP Purchase. Ensuring adherence to Standards in terms of Cost, Quality, Product, Aesthetics, Innovations, Functionality etc.

Duties & Responsibilities:

-Preparation of documents for floating of RFI, RFQ & BOQ.

-Vendor development on an ongoing basis.

- Tracking and finalization of group Annual Maintenance Contract on time.
- Processing and tracking AMC WO, Payment centrally for owned & leased resorts.
- Responsible for tracking and concluding negotiation of group Capex, R&M;, Pre-opening and project requirements on time along with Snr Manager Purchase. -Tracking TAT from requisition to issuance of order.

- Tracking group DTH billing centrally and processing PO and payment on time for owned and leased resorts.
- Having knowledge of vendors for Operational products for resorts for a national contract is desirable.
- Assist the senior team in the finalization of vendors and product commercials.
- Ensuring in sourcing of products and services from the source at the right quality and price.
- Making cost Impact sheets and Comparatives as per prescribed format with accuracy of data.

- Preparation of Award Notes for contracts finalized.
- Issuing of clearances for the finalized rates with UNIT / Project teams.
- Coordinate for issuance of WO/PO and advance payment of the same.

- Ensure vendors comply with statuary requirements and provide certifications., Viz., MSME, HACCP PAN, GST, Etc.,




- Preparation of Activity and Project Trackers and communicating the same to AVP Purchase.
- Following up with vendors for non-compliance of contracts or non-supply.

- Follow up with corporate and unit finance on a regular basis for pending payments of vendors.
- Responsible for maintaining of trackers, document and records.

Minimum 3 - 5 years of experience of handing hospitality preopening, project, RNM and capex is mandatory. Qualification Graduation is mandatory, engineering graduation preferred.
