Role Overview :

As a Python Development + Agentic AI professional at Publicis Sapient, you will be instrumental in designing, developing, and deploying innovative AI-powered solutions for our clients. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including data scientists, engineers, and product managers, to translate business requirements into robust and scalable applications. Your work will directly impact our clients' ability to leverage the power of Agentic AI and Generative AI to improve their operations, enhance customer experiences, and drive business growth.

Key Responsibilities :

- Design and develop Python-based applications and services that integrate Agentic AI and Generative AI capabilities for various client projects.
- Collaborate with data scientists to deploy and fine-tune machine learning models, ensuring optimal performance and scalability.




- Implement and maintain robust data pipelines to support the training and deployment of AI models.
- Contribute to the development of innovative AI solutions that address specific client needs and industry challenges.
- Participate in code reviews and contribute to the improvement of coding standards and best practices.
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to AI applications and infrastructure.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest advancements in Agentic AI, Generative AI, and Python development, and share knowledge with the team.

Required Skillset :

- Demonstrated proficiency in Python programming, including experience with relevant libraries such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, Langchain, LlamaIndex, and Transformers.
- Experience in developing and deploying machine learning models, particularly in the areas of Agentic AI and Generative AI.
- Ability to design and implement scalable and reliable data pipelines.
- Solid understanding of software engineering principles and best practices.
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Effective communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
- Ability to adapt to diverse project requirements and work effectively in a remote or hybrid work environment.
